Shipping

We ship orders within 2 business days via UPS (Ground, 3 Day Select, and 2nd Day Air).

Get Your Model r1 Upgraded for Free

If you are the owner of a Cue Radio Model r1 that was purchased before July 2011, you can get its firmware upgraded to the newest version without any cost to you. The new firmware makes the r1 twice as loud, and allows you to charge your iPod or iPhone faster.

To Get Your Model r1 Upgraded:

    1) Email or call us at 866.959.4283 and we'll email you a return form which you can fill out and email back to us.

    2) We'll send you a UPS return label via email.

    3) Securely pack up your r1 (ideally in its original packaging, and no need to send us your Model s1 speaker, if you have one).

    4) Put the UPS label we sent you on the box.

    5) Either call UPS for a pickup or drop it off at a UPS shipment center.

    6) We will upgrade your r1 and send it back to you as soon as possible.

If you are a local resident, you can send us an email or call us at 617.591.9500 to set up a time to come in and drop off your r1 at our headquarters (230 Somerville Ave., Somerville, MA). We'll have it upgraded and ready to pick up within 3 business days.
