Our partner Afterpay, an Australian success story!
As a fashion forward brand, we like to stay on Cue and be ready for the next thing. That’s why we were the first retailer in the world to introduce Afterpay in-store! A bold and exciting innovation that set us apart from all other retailers.
On Monday 2 August, it was announced that Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey's digital payments platform Square, has acquired Afterpay. The $39 billion deal makes it the biggest merger announced in Australia's history.
Since Afterpay was founded in 2014 by Australians Nick Molnar and Anthony Eisen, the company has gone from strength to strength with more than 16 million customers and is used by 100 million businesses around the world.
We feel incredibly proud to have partnered with Afterpay from the very beginning and we look forward to continuing to collaborate with their team.
