We are so excited to have been the first Australian bricks-and-mortar fashion retailer in the country to offer national 3-hour delivery from our stores throughout Australia! The 3-hour delivery option is available now, allowing you to receive your order faster than ever before!
Place your order prior to 2pm AEDT any day of the week (including weekends) to take advantage of this offering or schedule a day and time that suits you up to seven days in advance.
This priority service will appear as a delivery option at checkout if your order is available at one of our stores within proximity of your delivery address.
Our commitment to providing you with flexible delivery options now extends to allowing you to choose the best delivery timeframe for you.

Your 3-hour delivery will be sent from your closest Cue store within a 30km radius dependent on style availability.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO boxes and parcel lockers using this service, as deliveries must be signed for.
Please ensure someone will be available to physically receive and sign for your delivery to avoid it being returned to us and redelivered at your cost.
Standard & Express
Standard Shipping within Australia:
- For all online orders Australia wide standard shipping is free for orders over $250.
- Standard shipping is $10 for orders under $250.
Express Shipping within Australia:
- For all online orders Australia wide express shipping is free for orders over $400.
- Express shipping is $12 for all orders under $400.

All shipping rates are for online orders only and do not apply for purchases in Cue stand alone or Myer stores. Online orders made via Click & Collect and Store to Door incur stand alone store shipping rates if required to be posted. Please contact these stores directly for their shipping rates.

When can I expect to receive my order?
This depends on where you’re located and the postage speed you have selected when checking out. We have provided some general guidelines below, though you will be able to track your individual delivery once it has been dispatched. The below delivery guidelines refer to business days.

Orders are dispatched between 9:00am and 2:00pm AEDT Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders received after 2:00pm AEDT or outside of AEDT business hours will be dispatched the following business day. Please note that the delivery times listed should be treated as estimates only. Expected delivery timeframes commence from your parcel being dispatched.
Whilst we make every effort to ship your order within the timeframes supplied, unforseen delays in shipping during peak trade times may occasionally occur. Peak trade times may include special promotions, mid season sale, end of season sale, and holiday periods (including public holidays).
If you have ordered more than one item, you order may arrive in more than one package. You will receive a separate dispatch email and tracking number for each item/s you have ordered. This allows us to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
How will I know how much shipping will cost?
When it comes to selecting a shipping method and speed, you have a few options. Advice specific to the pricing of the garment you are viewing can be found just above the size selection, or you can alternatively click ‘Delivery and collection options’ on the product page to confirm what options are available to you.
A final shipping cost will be automatically calculated when completing your purchase at checkout, based on the delivery location, shipping service selected and Cue Club membership. All shipping charges are non-refundable. If shipping to a business please include the business name and full address at checkout.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched from our distribution centre an email will be sent with your parcel tracking number and a link with which you can click to check the status of your delivery.

*30 minute Click & Collect service is available on orders that say ‘Collect In-Store: Today only’ . Items showing as being available within 1-3 business days will not be available for 30 minute collection as they will be sent from our distribution centre to your selected store. In the unfortunate event that your selected store is unable to fill your order, you will be contacted by our customer care team to provide alternative options.
All the convenience of securing your size and paying online, with the added benefit of being able to collect your purchase from store in your time at no charge.
Full collection and delivery options can be viewed on the product page or selected for each item during checkout.
- Items currently available will show as being available for collection today where the store is one hour from end of trade. Otherwise, it will be available the next day. You will be notified once your order is ready, so ensure you wait for this email and text message before visiting your chosen store.
- Items not available in the collection store but available in the distribution centre will show as being available within 1-3 business days and will not be available for 30 minute collection. These items will be sent to your nominated store and you will be notified once they arrive and are ready for collection.
All orders completed using the collect in-store option will require a valid mobile number to be supplied in order to receive a collection notification. These text messages cannot be opted out of.
Should you wish to make any changes to your order, please get in touch with our customer care team, rather than contacting the collection store directly.
If your selected store is unable to fill your order, you will be contacted by our customer service team to provide alternative options.
When collecting your order in-store, you will need to show a copy of the invoice emailed to you once we have advised that your order is ready. You may also be asked to show photo ID at the point of collection.
If a Click & Collect order is not collected within three weeks of placing the order, the order will be cancelled and refunded back onto the original method of payment. This will be communicated via email to the email address provided for the order.
Your favourite store will be automatically set as your closest Cue store depending on your current location. You can change this by either clicking the geotool at the top of your screen (on desktop) or in the main navigation (in mobile), or when searching for availability of a style. Our collect in-store option will only be available in Cue stores and excludes our Cue Myer and David Jones locations.

Sold out online? Not in your favourite store?
Store to door orders must be returned in-store only and cannot be returned to the online store. If for any reason your store to door order is cancelled, you will be contacted via phone to organise a refund.

Authority To Leave (ATL)
We now offer Authority To Leave ‘ATL’ for express & standard delivery options via the Cue website & in-store for delivery orders.
If no one is available to sign for your order, the courier will follow the delivery instructions that were provided in checkout or in-store. By selecting one of the below delivery instructions in checkout, you will be authorising the courier to leave your order at the nominated shipping address without requiring you to sign for delivery.
- Leave near the front door
- Leave out of the weather
- Leave at reception
- Signature required (card if not home)
- Other (please specify)
The courier will only leave your order if there is a safe place to leave this. In the instance there is no safe place to leave the parcel, the driver will return the parcel to a post office or collection point.
In selecting options 1,2,3 or 5 (as listed above), the only confirmation of delivery that will be available to prove receipt of your order will be obtained from the driver as their will be no signature taken. Thus, Cue cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged as a result of selecting delivery options 1,2,3 or 5.
If you opted for 'signature required (card if not home)', the driver will leave a delivery card at the nominated delivery address. If this occurs an email will also be sent to notify you of the attempted delivery and the location of the parcel, once it has been redirected to the nearest Australia Post Office for collection.
To collect the parcel the delivery card must be presented with a form of photo identification. Parcels must be collected within 10 business days from the date it is received by the local Post office. If the parcel is not collected within this timeframe it will be returned to sender.
