Australian orders

All orders placed for Australian delivery are eligible for standard or express shipping. Prices and free shipping thresholds are calculated at checkout and subject to change.

Orders for delivery within Australia will be sent via Australia Post.

Where applicable, Click & Collect is available as a complimentary service at our stand alone stores, pending product availability.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Tracking is provided upon dispatch.

During sales or promotional periods, some slight dispatch delays may be experienced - your patience is appreciated!

International orders

Orders will be dispatched via DHL Express. Tracking will be provided upon dispatch.

Some slight delays may be experienced between placing your order and it being dispatched, depending on product availability.

How are duties and taxes calculated?

Duties (or customs tariffs) are set by the destination country customs authorities. They are determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise. International taxes (such as Value Added Tax, or VAT) are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within checkout. If applicable, you will have to pay duty and tax/VAT at checkout.

Will I need to pay any additional charges when my order arrives?

All duty and tax/VAT will be calculated and paid during checkout, so there will be no additional costs due upon delivery. If there are any issues with this, please contact our customer care team here.

Will you provide international tracking?

You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched on the same or next business day, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays), depending on the time you place your order relative to Sydney time (this is where your order is being shipped from). Whilst we make every effort to ship your order as quickly as outlined above, unforeseen delays in shipping during peak trade times may occasionally occur. Peak trade times may include special promotions, seasonal sales and holiday periods (including public holidays).
